2. Payments and Deposits

Payments for services can be made securely via Stripe or bank transfer.

A deposit (down payment) is required to begin any project.This deposit confirms your order and allows our team to start working on your custom automation system.

Full payment is required before the final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable once the work on your requested automation system has started.

If a project is canceled by the client after development has begun, the deposit will not be refunded as it covers initial research, design, and development costs.

In case of technical issues or system errors caused by our work, AlfridAI LTD will provide full support and fixes free of charge until the issue is resolved.

4. Service Delivery

Project timelines and deliverables will be communicated clearly at the start of the project.

Delays caused by missing client information or approval are not the responsibility of AlfridAI LTD.

Upon completion, clients receive access to their automation systems and related materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, code, or materials created by AlfridAI LTD remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Clients may not resell or redistribute AlfridAI’s proprietary systems without written consent.

6. Support and Maintenance

AlfridAI LTD provides free post-delivery support for fixing bugs or errors.

Ongoing maintenance, updates, or modifications can be arranged through a separate support agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AlfridAI LTD is not responsible for:

Losses resulting from misuse or third-party modifications to the delivered system.

Downtime caused by third-party hosting or server providers.

Client-side integration errors not included in the original project scope.
